Class Registration:
Class registrations will be taken until November 11, 2009. You will be able to sign up for lectures and the Saturday half-day classes at the show.
Rim Country Quilt Roundup Bags and Pins will be given to each class registrant during class check-in along with other give-a-ways just prior to the class. The Class Registration form is in Adobe PDF format. Please download the form and mail to:

An Awards Presentation Dinner is planned for Saturday, November 14 starting at 6:00 p.m.
A special entertainment program will start off the evening and be followed by an awards program where special awards and cash prizes will be given. In addition, recognition for all the juried winners will be given. The cost of the buffet dinner is $30 which includes a non-alcoholic beverage and gratuity.

Rim Country Quilt Roundup T-shirts will be offered for this event for $15.00. T-shirts are scoop neck ladies short sleeve shirts. Each shirt will have the Rim Country Quilt Roundup Logo on the back and the following saying on the left breast of the t-shirt:
"If I stitch fast enough does that count as an aerobic exercise?"
A limited supply of shirts will be available at the show.
Picture CDs will be available after the show for $10 which will contain pictures of all the quilts, the prize winners, and the awards presentation. Viewers WILL be allowed to take pictures. Order forms will be available in your registration packet.
